Victoria!

So a couple weeks ago my first weekend was spent in Victoria. Here in Victoria  I got a chance to attend the Annual Dragon Boat Festival which happens in 3 locations in British Columbia every year. Teams are mostly consisted of community club members, charity contributors, company workers, corporations, university students etc. My Auntie had a good friend that was a participant and one of the reason for the trip was to support her on  the race!.  Victoria is a major tourist attraction, with so much events throughout the year. it is definitely one of the most beautiful cities i've been in throughout Canada. If i had a choice to pick a place for retirement, Victoria is on my list no doubt. The atmosphere of the city is just so relaxing and is less conjucted like the busy city of Vancouver. The majority of the population here is consisted of people over the age 50, people usually from retirement and newly weds starting a family, but i can't blame them for wanting to reside in such  a beautiful coastal area. I am definitively looking forward to visit Victoria again in the future.
