Six years have elapsed since their last adventure, leaving Harold and Kumar (John Cho and Kal Penn) estranged from one another with very different families, friends, and lives. But when Kumar arrives on Harold's doorstep during the holiday season with a mysterious package in hand, he accidentally burns down Harold's father-in-law's (Danny Trejo) beloved Christmas tree. To fix the problem, Harold and Kumar embark on a mission through New York City to find the perfect Christmas tree, once again stumbling into trouble at every single turn. Wikipedia
If you are looking for a Christmas comedy, you should definitely go and watch this movie. This is the third film of the Harold and Kumar series after Guantanamo bay. Honestly before the film was out, I was expecting it to be a horrible sequel to the movie series due to the trailer being corny and not as funny as it should of been. But like they say you can't judge a book from its cover right. I was very surprised at how much i enjoyed it. Yeah, i guess im not much of a fan of 3D and that the movie is not the best of its series, but overall the movie is good for what it is. With appearances from John Cho, Kal Penn, Amir from college humor, Neil Patrick Harris, Danny Trejo and old cast members. It really brought a variety of fun actors to the movie. Some things that could of been better is the drama in the movie , they could of been more depth with the story line, but what do you expect on a comedy film. In conclusion the movie is very explicit and morally wrong respectively, and not for everyone to see. But if you get the humor and the jokes, you will enjoy how hysterically funny it is. It really brings that naughty or nice Christmas parody feel to it.
